After graduating with honours in 2007 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Perugia (Italy), Luca moved to England and completed an Internship Program in Small Animal Medicine & Surgery in 2009 and a European College of Veterinary Neurology (ECVN) residency. Luca was awarded the ECVN Diploma in 2012.
Luca’s main interests include neurosurgery, epilepsy and advanced diagnostic imaging. Luca is currently a member of the ECVN Examination Committee. Luca is also author and co-author of national and international publications and has recently contributed a major part of two chapters in the recent book authored by Geoff Skerritt, the King’s Applied Anatomy of the Central Nervous System of Domestic Mammals (Second edition), 2018 – John Wiley & Sons Ltd, Oxford (United Kingdom).
