Cardiologist

With exciting expansion plans, and a mission to deliver the best small animal care in the northwest, Northwest Veterinary Specialists is seeking an additional Cardiologist to join our Cardiology team. Suitable candidates will be board certified, residency trained, or hold similar small animal qualifications or experience.

Located in modern facilities, with full onsite MRI and CT services, Northwest Veterinary Specialists is a referral only specialist centre within easy commuting distance of historic Chester, Liverpool, North Wales or Manchester. As a multi-disciplinary referral hospital the successful candidate will join a team of Specialists in anaesthesia and pain management; neurology and neurosurgery; cardiology; soft tissue surgery, oncology; internal medicine; and, orthopaedics, with support in diagnostic imaging. NWVS is part of the Pets at Home Vet Group and as such works closely with the group’s other referral centres to promote clinical research and access to shared expertise.  Our cardiology service is expanding rapidly and we are keen to develop our interventional caseload.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to come and join us and develop cardiology further in this lovely part of the UK.
