What our clients say

Can I take this opportunity to say thank you to your wonderful practice for looking after my Millie, you were very thorough and caring at all times and we are very grateful for all the hard work you do.

The cancer specialist vets are fantastic. They show compassion and empathy.

Firstly, Nick McDonald for seeing Bonnie So quickly and giving her the best care possible. Secondly, Emma Nixon, who was just simply amazing and went out of her way to ensure that Bonnie got the absolute best care she could. She treated her like she was her own dog and for looking after me throughout this past week. And Charlotte Booth, she constantly ensured Bonnie was comfy and happy even though she wasn’t in her ward. Obviously, everyone has been amazing and looked after us both so well.

As we arrived at your practice, we were greeted by friendly reception staff and then we met Francesca. She referred to Alfie instantly as “our boy” – something so little but absolutely put us at ease straight away knowing he was in safe hands. An hour passed as we sat in our car with the covid restrictions not allowing us to come in to the practice. We were then given the devastating news that Alfie’s gall bladder was so big that he would need to have risky surgery the following day to remove it. This information was given to us, by Francesca, who remained professional as we were clearly devastated, gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to see Alfie before we headed home to Liverpool.

We were then called the next morning by Alfie’s surgeon, Georgia, who again was reassuring and very informative. She answered any questions we had and we are eternally grateful for everything she did during what sounded like a complicated surgery. Thank you Georgia.

Thankfully, ours is a happy ending and Alfie is doing fantastic. We have our happy, bouncy boy back and it is down to you all.

Keep doing what you are doing as I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who owe Northwest Veterinary Specialists a massive thank you.

Thank you for getting “our boy” back to us safely.

Thank you for your ongoing support with my dog Gatsby, the reception staff and Krizia have been outstanding. Gatsby is recovering well, thanks to your excellent care.
