Please pass on my gratitude to the entire staff there who have helped make a really traumatic time as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Everyone there was exemplary in their conduct and manner – you are all a credit to the business.
Very professional and welcoming admin staff set the tone. Thorough and comprehensive consultation, well explained and inclusive. Modern well-appointed facility.
The cancer specialist vets are fantastic. They show compassion and empathy.
We just wanted to thank you for everything you did for Sox. It is a huge loss and will be forever missed.
We wanted to let Laura know that we appreciate very much everything she did for him and the level of care she gave him was second to none and for that we are grateful. Please pass on our gratitude to all staff involved with Sox’s care.
Whilst Covid affected the way it had to be when euthanised, being outside on the grass and spending that last half hour with him out there was a special time and much better than been in a clinical room and made the whole horrible process feel less stressful. Obviously, we would preferred to not have gone through any of it, but thank you to everyone involved in his care and his last moments, we will never forget the care you gave him and us.
Take care Dawn, Dave & family
Once again, a huge thank you to you and your colleagues who’ve been so kind and supportive. Sue gave me a big hug when I turned up to collect Paddy’s ashes. It’s clearly more than just a job to you all, which we’ve found very touching.
