What our clients say

Thank you so much for helping and I’m so grateful to all of you for taking such good care of Darwin and sorting out the insurance paperwork – it takes a huge burden off me as I’ve been so worried about her whilst she’s been poorly.  I think you’re all doing an amazing job – thank you.

As we arrived at your practice, we were greeted by friendly reception staff and then we met Francesca. She referred to Alfie instantly as “our boy” – something so little but absolutely put us at ease straight away knowing he was in safe hands. An hour passed as we sat in our car with the covid restrictions not allowing us to come in to the practice. We were then given the devastating news that Alfie’s gall bladder was so big that he would need to have risky surgery the following day to remove it. This information was given to us, by Francesca, who remained professional as we were clearly devastated, gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to see Alfie before we headed home to Liverpool.

We were then called the next morning by Alfie’s surgeon, Georgia, who again was reassuring and very informative. She answered any questions we had and we are eternally grateful for everything she did during what sounded like a complicated surgery. Thank you Georgia.

Thankfully, ours is a happy ending and Alfie is doing fantastic. We have our happy, bouncy boy back and it is down to you all.

Keep doing what you are doing as I’m sure we aren’t the only ones who owe Northwest Veterinary Specialists a massive thank you.

Thank you for getting “our boy” back to us safely.

Excellent service from the front desk to the surgeons, so lovely, helpful, thoughtful and caring from start to finish.

Once again, a huge thank you to you and your colleagues who’ve been so kind and supportive.  Sue gave me a big hug when I turned up to collect Paddy’s ashes.  It’s clearly more than just a job to you all, which we’ve found very touching.

We just wanted to thank you for everything you did for Sox. It is a huge loss and will be forever missed.

We wanted to let Laura know that we appreciate very much everything she did for him and the level of care she gave him was second to none and for that we are grateful.  Please pass on our gratitude to all staff involved with Sox’s care.

Whilst Covid affected the way it had to be when euthanised, being outside on the grass and spending that last half hour with him out there was a special time and much better than been in a clinical room and made the whole horrible process feel less stressful. Obviously, we would preferred to not have gone through any of it, but thank you to everyone involved in his care and his last moments, we will never forget the care you gave him and us.

Take care Dawn, Dave & family
