Edward Crystal

Ed graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2015 and after spending two years in general practice and completing a rotating internship in a busy referral hospital and an orthopaedics internship at a university hospital he undertook a residency in Small Animal Surgery back at the University of Liverpool, allowing him to train to be a surgical specialist. Now his surgical residency has finished, Ed has joined the team at NWVS and is happy to see a wide variety of surgical cases, but particularly enjoys trauma cases such as fractures or wound management, as well joint surgery and oncology cases. Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time in the countryside with his Border Terrier and is a keen football and rugby union fan.
