Joon Park

Joon graduated from the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) in 2017. He initially worked in first-opinion practice, where his passion for internal medicine blossomed. This inspired him to pursue advanced training, completing a rotating internship at the RVC and a residency at the University of Liverpool. In 2026, Joon achieved Board certification as a European Diplomate in Internal Medicine.

Joon is deeply committed to mentorship, teaching, and advancing professional development within the profession. He also holds a formal teaching qualification in higher education. Clinically, his interests extend to oncology, and he is actively researching histiocytic sarcoma and endocrinopathies.

When he isn’t at the hospital, Joon enjoys traveling and exploring nature with Nora, his 10-year-old rescued Jack Russell Terrier.
